Simple and transparent process for returns and refunds.
At Kenil Agarbatti, we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that a wrong product is delivered, we’re here to help.
✅ Eligible Returns
We only accept return and refund requests under the following condition:
Wrong product delivered (product received is completely different from what was ordered)
🕐 Request Timeframe
You must raise a return/refund request within 1 day of delivery
An unboxing video is mandatory as proof (must clearly show the package being opened for the first time)
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
📦 Return Process
The return shipping must be arranged by the customer
Once we receive the product and inspect its condition, we’ll proceed with the refund
💰 Refund Timeline
Refunds are credted within 3 to 5 working days after the returned item reaches our warehouse
The amount will be credited via the original payment method.

- Returns without a valid unboxing video or requests made after 1 day of delivery will not be accepted.
