Simple and transparent process for returns and refunds.

At Kenil Agarbatti, we strive to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare case that a wrong product is delivered, we’re here to help.

 
Eligible Returns

We only accept return and refund requests under the following condition:

  • Wrong product delivered (product received is completely different from what was ordered)

 
🕐 Request Timeframe
  • You must raise a return/refund request within 1 day of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof (must clearly show the package being opened for the first time)

  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging

 
📦 Return Process
  • The return shipping must be arranged by the customer

  • Once we receive the product and inspect its condition, we’ll proceed with the refund

 
💰 Refund Timeline
  • Refunds are credted within 3 to 5 working days after the returned item reaches our warehouse

  • The amount will be credited via the original payment method.

🔔 Note:

  • Returns without a valid unboxing video or requests made after 1 day of delivery will not be accepted.
